Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix together EasiYo Plant Based Original Alternative to Yogurt, oil, flour, spices and salt to form the batter. Add cauliflower florets, tossing to coat completely. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Place battered cauliflower pieces on the prepared baking tray ensuring space between each piece (this will create a crispy result).
Bake for 10 minutes before turning each piece and baking for a further 5-10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite plant based dipping sauce and a sprinkle of coriander.
