Yogurt Drops

These kid-friendly frozen yogurt bites are an easy, chilly snack to keep in the freezer when you need them! They make a cute snack for birthday parties or just a little treat between meals. Get your favourite EasiYo flavour and start making these today!

Ingredients

Passionfruit Drops

• ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Passionfruit Yogurt
• 1 tsp Passionfruit Topping

Banana Flavour Drops

• ½ cup EasiYo Banana Yogurt

Raspberry Drops

• ½ cup EasiYo Raspberry Yogurt
• 6-8 Freeze dried raspberries, crushed

Blueberry Flavour Drops

• ½ cup EasiYo Greek Style Blueberry Yogurt

Method

1. Line a medium tray with baking paper and place in the freezer.
2. Mix the freeze dried raspberries with the Raspberry yogurt.
3. Spoon the four different flavours into 4 different piping bags fitted with a small nozzle.
4. Pipe small dots into the frozen tray.
5. Add the passionfruit topping to the passionfruit drops. Quickly return to the freezer.
6. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
7. When ready to serve, place the serving bowls in the freezer for 10 mins.

8. Use a small spatula to lift the yogurt drops off the paper into the frozen bowls.  Serve immediately.
