PB & J Breakfast Parfait

Layer up the flavours with this PB & J inspired breakfast parfait for breakfast done a little differently.

Serves 3-4 

Ingredients

• 2-3 cups EasiYo Raspberry Yogurt
• 1 cup fresh berries or diced stone fruit
• 1 cup granola or cereal
• ¼ cup peanut butter

Method

1. Slightly heat the peanut butter and stir briskly until runny and shiny
2. Start with yogurt in the base of each jar, then layer with berries, a few spoonfuls of granola then a swirl of peanut butter.
3. Repeat the layers and serve immediately.
