Ingredients
Pizza dough
- 140-200g self-rising flour, plus extra for dusting
- 180ml EasiYo Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- ¼ tsp salt
Pizza toppings
- 50g lamb mince
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Moroccan spice mix
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp harissa paste
- ½ cup cheese, grated
- ½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 30g feta
- Handful of rocket leaves
- ¼ cup EasiYo Greek Style Natural Yogurt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine pizza dough ingredients together to form a ball. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- On the prepared baking tray, roll the dough out to form the pizza base.
- In a small bowl, combine lamb mince, salt and Moroccan spice and mix well.
- Combine the tomato and harissa paste together and spread over the pizza base. Top with cheese, capsicum, red onion and feta. Using clean hands, tear away small amounts of the lamb mince and dot on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the base is crisp and brown around the edges and the lamb mince is cooked through.
- Slice and serve with rocket and yogurt dolloped on top.
